Goat Cheese & Honey Apple Toast

 
 

Delicious layers of apple, honey and goat cheese. This subtly sweet snack screamed ‘Fall’. It’s incredibly quick and easy to make– perfect for a cool autumn day. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Baguette 

  • Olive oil to drizzle

  • 1 apple

  • 4 ounces goat cheese 

  • ½ lemon juiced

  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the broiler to high. Drizzle baguette with olive oil. Broil for approximately 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. 

  2. While the baguette is toasting, cut the apple into thin slices and coat with lemon juice to preserve. Set aside.

  3. Spread the goat cheese onto the baguette. Top with apple slices, drizzle with honey and enjoy!
