How do I file a claim for a damaged order shipped via USPS?
If you've received a package that has been damaged, please file a claim with USPS. Hon's Honey orders are shipped Priority Mail which includes insurance on items up to $50. File a claim here.
Where do I go to track my package shipped via USPS?
You can track your package by typing "USPS tracking" in the google search bar or by clicking here. You can also click the tracking number (which is an active link) in your "Order Fulfillment" email from Hon's Honey.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found in the "Order Fulfillment" email that you received from Hon's Honey.
Why isn't my package moving?
Unfortunately, Hon's Honey has no control over shipping processes once your package enters the USPS/UPS system. If there have been no updates to your order, it's probably because the post office is backed up. In some cases, packages are in transit, but have not been scanned into or out of the system at each location/point of transition.
Is there any way to receive my package in a more timely manner?
We suggest stopping by our location to pick up your order in person, if you're local to the Baltimore area. UPS (rather than USPS) shipping option can be an alternative. In our experience, they tend to be a bit more expensive, but also a bit more reliable.

What is The Well?
The Well is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Well was founded in 2013 to holistically empower women and families to identify their life's purpose so that they can live above life’s challenges with meaning and intentionality. The Well serves an estimated 800 women annually.
Women commit to a holistic healing process through a life development program, free counseling, workshops and building community.
It is out of The Well’s COR Life Mentorship program that Hon’s Honey was founded to support, empower and equip women of Baltimore.
