Handcrafted in Baltimore by women survivors, with the healing power of love. Hon’s Honey is an employment program of a non-profit called The Well. Before being employed at Hon’s Honey, women commit to a holistic healing process through a life development program, trauma informed care, workshops and building community at The Well.
Employed women take pride in the work of their hands, develop a wide-range of skills, manage financial independence, and provide for their families. Through a community of support and encouragement she finds restoration, healing and discovery of purpose.

“Each year around Christmas, we allow our employees to go to the Hon’s Honey website and choose their own gifts. It’s like Christmas Day when the packages arrive. All of our employees are grateful to support an awesome organization while receiving amazing and fun products that they can use at home. We have a lot of “chef wannabees” here, and they love cooking with the flavored honey products. ”
